Eileen Vitarelle, AWMA®

Financial Advisor, Managing Director

Eileen has worked in financial services since 1994 and specifically in the brokerage industry since 1997. Having worked in a variety of roles at different firms over the years, she has broad knowledge and understanding of the rules, regulations, and investment vehicles needed to educate her clients and help them make sound decisions about their personal finances and investments. Eileen also understands the importance of continuing to stay informed about the many changes in our industry over the years. Her attainment of the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor designation in 2016 is an example of her dedication to this goal. Even though finances can be difficult to discuss, Eileen tries to make the process enjoyable and hopes her enthusiasm for her work is apparent.

Eileen is married to Arnold, our director of operations. They have two adult children, whom they adore, and share their home with their dog, Oscar. When she has spare time, Eileen enjoys cooking and baking for friends and family and playing games where everyone can laugh and enjoy a good time.

Arnold Vitarelle

Director of Operations

After spending 20 years in the IT industry, with the last 8 years as an IT director at SEFCU, a credit union based in Albany, New York, Arnold decided to pursue a career change. He and Eileen discussed how fulfilling the financial services industry can be. So, with encouragement from his wife, Arnold decided to work toward becoming a financial advisor, which he accomplished in 2016. With the opening of Peridot Wealth Partners in 2018, it was decided that all of Arnold's diverse experiences would make him the perfect choice to become our director of operations. Using the skills he developed over the years in project management, research, and data analysis, as well as the tools, training, and resources we have available, Arnold takes care of all of the "behind the scenes" work that needs to be done to make the process of managing your finances as easy as possible.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying physically and mentally active, riding bicycles, strolling around Saratoga Springs or Lake George, and motorcycle riding around scenic areas of upstate New York.
